I'm smiling at lunch today coz i'm having left overs from last night's wonderful dinner so beautifully prepared. Beef Enchiladas with refried beans and salsa and a dollop of sour cream on the side with some spicy rice.

Speaking of which, I got another tattoo yesterday. *big grin*
