Shyam's stuck with the aftermath of Hurricane Frances and now, Ivan's set to hit on Tuesday. *sigh* For the 3.5 years he's been there, there have not been any issues with the weather, and now, its 3 hurricanes in about 5 weeks...geez...

So he's without power for the 2nd week and school's been closed as well. They had a briefing at the university today about Ivan and its projected path, and apparently its taking the same route as Charley. Oh, and school's closed for another week.

Its not so much the hurricane that's the problem. Its dealing with the lack of power, water, rain and all the crap that comes with this weather anomaly that well, just sucks.
