Work...

Had such a brilliant day at work! I can't get over how much I love this job...*wistful sigh*

In other news...heh re-arranged the house yet again and been eating very healthy, with the partner away (he's enjoying heaps of hawker food in Singapore) I'm taking joy in cooking stuff he doesn't particularly care for...like mum's recipes and some indian food. Not the Singaporean idea of Indian food... So yeah...made Aloo Gobi and I usually make enough to last me till the next day's lunch....and tonight i'm making Pasta Ala Hein...this lovely creamy pasta with grilled eggplant and baked Chicken with oregano and basil in a white sauce with onions and mushrooms....and topped off with lightly fried bacon bits....mmmmm...well...was technically supposed to have it last night, but Belgian Beer was more enticing...heh
